The Schutz American School Board of Trustees consists of up to 13 voting members.Voting members are elected by the Membership Committee and serve three-year terms.
The Board plays a crucial role in the governance of the school. Voting members work closely with the Head of School to develop and implement strategic plans, establish policies, and ensure the school’s long-term success. They are also responsible for evaluating the Head of School’s performance and making important leadership decisions.
The Board’s Executive Committee, which includes the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Head of School, provides strategic direction and oversees the Board’s overall operations.
