Strategic Objectives: By 2012......

• All our students will regularly make positive contributions to their community out of their desire.
• All our students will achieve the curricular standards and be motivated to go beyond, especially in the areas of personal interest.
• All our students will periodically choose personal goals and apply the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to achieve them.

• Recruit and retain, beyond the initial contract period, highly-qualified staff who are committed to achieve our mission and strategic objectives.
• Proactively seek and acquire property to provide financial and facility options so that we can achieve our mission and strategic objectives.
• Create and utilize communication networks with the members of our internal and external communities in order to engage them in promoting an accurate and positive image of Schutz and in contributing to the achievement of our mission and strategic objectives.
• Identify, adopt, and align challenging, school-wide curriculum standards for each subject area and determine levels of mastery to empower all our students to achieve our mission and strategic objectives.

• Accept any new program or service unless it contributes directly to our mission and objectives.
• Accept any new program or service unless it is accompanied by the staff development needed.
• Tolerate any behavior which diminishes the dignity of any person or group.
