SAS students enjoy technology that serves their real world needs for today and tomorrow. A student to computer ratio of 3 to 1 includes a combination of Windows XP and Windows 2000 operating systems. We have a 7-12 Lab with 23 student computers and a PreK-6 Lab with 23 student computers. Staff may reserve the use of the Upper School Lab by visiting US Computer Lab Calendar. (See Mr. M for log in instructions) Staff may reserve the use of the Lower School Lab by visiting LS Computer Lab Calendar. (See Miss Mona for log in instructions)

Our Upper School  Library Media Center is equipped with 14 student computers and our Lower School Library Media Center is equipped with 4 student computers. Our Library Media Centers have an online card catalog that is accessible from anywhere on campus. All classrooms and offices have network/internet access (some with multiple access points).

The school serves students and staff with a LAN (local area network) utilizing 3 Windows servers. We are served by a T - 1.5 MBS Internet connection.

Software and learning programs utilized by the school include: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Orchard, and numerous other education programs and CD's for class use. In addition, our school utilizes Admin Plus administrative software, GradeQuick and Edline (an online service used for school and class organization). Instruction is provided for all students in from PreK through High School with formal classes and integration into the classroom curriculum.

All users of the school network and internet must have a signed "Acceptable Use Agreement" on file with the Registrar's Office. (See Below)
