Rose Tea was held on Monday, June 8th. Traditionally, each junior is paired with a senior. The junior gives a rose to the senior to acknowledge his or her achievements. In return, the senior gives a lighted candle to the junior. The lighted candle symbolizes a continued quest for knowledge.
In addition the senior presents the junior with a memorable gift, usually with special meaning to each of them.After the exchange, the juniors at Schutz American School officially take the senior's place as the new seniors!
