Schutz American School uses "Edline" as one of our means of communicating to our school community. Edline is an easy way for you to keep-up-to-date online. Once you have activated your account you can use Edline to view up-to-the-minute information about your student, from grades and transcripts to daily announcements. Parents and students can also view specific class information (assignments, projects, grades, progress reports, etc.)

Edline is utilized by Schutz American School in order to improve communication with parents and the community, and thus improve the quality of education provided to our students. Edline allows parents to be virtual participants in the classroom, so they may be more aware of and more involved with their students.

This is the process for obtaining access to Edline:

• Obtain an account activation code from the school, for each of your students.   Contact the IT Coordinator to find out how to get your code.
• Read the Account Setup Guide provided by Edline, and follow the instructions for setting up your Edline account.
• Read the Parent/Student Quick-Start Guide.  It will teach you the basics of using Edline, and how to find and view information about your student(s).
• Use the "Help" link you will find on every Edline page to get help in using that page, or to access the help system index and printable help guides.
