Schutz Annual Giving Campaign

The great American philosopher Benjamin Franklin is credited with the phrase, “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest”.  Following his motivating words, Schutz American School has been investing in students for 90 years and regardless of the time spent here the knowledge taken has had a significant influence on their lives.  At the same time, we recognize that parents and families have made a significant financial investment to educate their children.

However, additional funds are needed to provide the best education possible for our students. Therefore, it is with great pleasure that I announce the Second Annual Giving Campaign for Schutz American School.  The first campaign launched last year raised more than $10,000.

Annual Giving is a key component to the financial well-being of the best international and independent schools.  Funds will be used to improve the richness of our Schutz education, Pre-K through Grade 12. Specifically, the funds raised will enhance curriculum, improve technology, support student programs such as the arts and athletics, sponsor educational specialists, provide tuition assistance and expand our capabilities to provide a 21st century education.

Successful campaigns also allow us to keep tuition increases to a minimum. The success of the Annual Giving depends on you. Parents, grandparents, alumni, staff, Board of Trustees, corporate sponsors and other supporters of Schutz are asked to participate in the campaign. We understand that each family has a different gift capacity, some giving more or less than others. Our goal is to have 100% of the Schutz Family contribute regardless of the amount and we welcome any gift which is personally significant for you and your family. Within this packet you will find important information that will explain how you can donate and what types of projects will be supported by the campaign.

Thank you in advance for your participation.

Sincerely,

Nathan Walker
